HCM CITY — A plan to create a trust fund on behalf of a military personnel stationed in the Truong Sa Spratlys was unveiled by the HCM City Youth Union last Thursday.

Through the fund, organisations, children and enterprises will contribute money or equipment like televisions and radios for Truong Sa soldiers. On December 20, a benefit performance will be organised to support the fund.
